Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs to children in their homes.
Demonstrate understanding of the services and outcomes for children with Autism utilizing ABA techniques as attested to by the Lead and Senior Therapist.
Observe and record child's behaviors and acquisition data.
Communicate with supervisory staff.
Participate in all meetings.
Videotape home therapy sessions for evaluations.
Maintains documentation demonstrating service provided.
Attends regular supervisory meetings with a Behavior Analyst to review: consumer care and treatment, any changes in consumer level of functioning, significant behavioral incidents, or other issues that affect consumer's behavioral status.
Communicates effectively with the Behavior Analyst regarding any issues, including service delivery, task assignment, etc.
Participates in introductory and ongoing training programs that provide instruction in ABA and other methodologies applicable to the client population.
Collects data throughout the session in a timely and efficient manner.
Provides direct ABA therapy for clients in at home, school, or in other environments as needed.
Implements behavior intervention strategies and program changes as directed by the Behavior Analyst and/or as decided upon by the treatment team.
Assists in performing functional behavioral assessments, language assessments, reference/reinforce assessments, and/or ongoing assessments for clients.
Play a crucial role in the treatment process in that they work as leaders and give responsibility and provide supervision to the Aides/Line Staff.
Assist in the design and implementation of programs and are directly involved in the training of Aides/Line Staff.
Conduct team meetings with the family, line staff and other providers to review the child's progress.
Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs to children in their homes.
Provide training and/or assistance to the families.
A liaison between parents/teachers and the Consultant(s).
Write reports as necessary and arrange clinic meetings.
Observe and record child's behaviors.
Monitor child's progress.
Attend all training.
Provide Consultant(s) with information prior to and during meetings.
Videotape home therapy sessions for evaluations.
Help obtain materials and reinforcers.
Setting up the client's intervention hours with the parents and staff.
Make sure all hours are fulfilled.
Demonstrate for the aides. Be a role model.
Ensure that the program book is maintained and organized.
Evaluating aides on your case.
Provide documentation of time spent and team members involved in the delivery of services.
Is familiar with assessments for basic language and learning skills and verbal behavior, such as the ABLLS and VB-MAPP.

Educational Requirements:
1,000 hours of direct supervised training in the use of behavioral therapies that are consistent with best practice and research on effectiveness for people with autism or other disabilities, 1,000 hours of direct supervised delivery of ABA practices, and a Bachelors Degree in one of the following areas:
Psychology
Education
Special education
Counseling
Speech
Or related field
OR
1,000 hours of direct supervised delivering of ABA practices that are consistent with best practice and research on effectiveness for people with autism or other disabilities and a Masters Degree in one of the following areas:
Psychology
Education
Special education
Counseling
Speech
Or related field
Therapeutic Skills:
Patience.
Ability to interact well with children.
Case experience with at least 4 children diagnosed with Autism or a related disorder, and delivering ABA practices.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Leadership qualities.
Ability to work well independently.
Knowledge of Autism and child development.
At least 1,000 hours of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience in-home or in-center, if person possesses MS/MA or at least 1,000 hours of in-home or in-center ABA practices, or 1,000 hours of behavioral therapy if person possesses BS/BA.
Professional and ethical skills.
Knowledge of using program books.
Lifting, running, physical ability.
Preferred:
RBT trained and certified.
Restraint training.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
